The user subscribes to this non – disclosure agreement regarding the contents that will be sent to the email address, to be included in the Form. All the attachments or contents are for the exclusive use of this agreement’s signatory, who cannot spread such contents on the Internet and on other communication channels, consequently the signatory cannot give them to third parties for any reason.
All confidential information that have been communicated by any media and all copies held are owned by Team23 Srl, and must return or be destroyed promptly upon Team23 Srl request. In any case, the obligation to preserve confidentiality on their content remains in place.
By ticking the box in the Form, the user will inspect this agreement and respect the terms.
